Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer full refunds on your made to order pieces.

However, we want you to find the right piece for you, so exchanges or online credits are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. Alternatively, customers may arrange to hand-deliver items for return in North York, Toronto by contacting us.

*Important Note: personalized and custom pieces, as well as rings, are not eligible for exchange/credit.

Repairs

Repairs will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us with repair requests and we will provide you with an estimate and work together to find a solution. Please handle your dainty jewelry with care.
